Where does FAT Paint ship to?
At the moment, we ship to all of Canada and all of the United States. We’re looking into shipping to Europe as well… when we can make this service available, we’ll let you know!
Pricing on our site will be calculated and displayed automatically, depending on whether you are in Canada or the United States. Our exchange rate is checked weekly and adjusted accordingly.
How much does shipping cost?
We have kept our shipping prices as simple as possible:
Canada
Orders under $150 CAD – $12.00 CAD shipping
Orders over $150 CAD – $25.00 CAD shipping
USA
Orders under $150 USD – $15.00 USD shipping
Orders over $150 USD – $20.00 USD shipping
Shipping Times
In general, FAT Paint orders received will be packed within two business days, then shipped.
During the spring (from about April), summer & fall months (until November-ish), we utilize ground services for our shipments. Depending on your location, this brings your package(s) to you in 1 to 6 (Canada)/10(US) business days after departing The FAT Paint Company.
In the winter – to cold weather locations – we ship express. That means order receipt should be 1-3 days after it leaves TFPC. Signature is required for these shipments (they can’t sit outside), so please ensure that the shipping address you provide has a person at the other end to receive your package(s). **Note: During times of extremely cold temperatures, we may have to hold shipments for a few days. While we understand that this is inconvenient, ensuring that you receive FAT Paint product that’s unaffected by freezing temperatures is very important to us. Should this be the case with your order, we’ll keep the lines of communication open.**
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep an eye on it.
Product Return Policies
We do not accept returns, however we do honour a 10 day refund policy for shipping damage to products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase with us, get in touch and we will sort this out!
